Now that you understand how to arrange words and phrases strategically, we must consider what we want our (SPEAKER) message to be(SUBJECT), for whom (AUDIENCE), and why (PURPOSE). In other words, what is the intended effect that we would like to have on our audience; what are the intended personal, social, cultural, political implications of the message?
